1 Service Scope & Digital SaaS Delivery

Whatss Cloud provides commercial subscribers with an online cloud business management platform (ERP, CRM, Financial Tracking, Inventory and Operational Analytics).

The service is provided strictly as Software as a Service (SaaS), operated 100% online through modern web browsers. No local server deployment, physical media, or hardware purchase is required.

2 License Grant & Immediate Digital Delivery

  • SaaS Subscription License: Whatss Cloud grants your business a commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the cloud software during your active subscription.
  • 100% Electronic Delivery: Delivery is instantaneous. Upon payment verification, access credentials and workspace URLs are dispatched immediately to your registered corporate email.
  • No Physical Components: The service is purely digital. There are no physical shipments, postal deliveries, or hardware fees.

3 Subscriptions, Billing & Paddle (Merchant of Record)

  • Authorized Merchant of Record: All subscription billing and financial transactions are officially handled by Paddle.com, acting as our global Merchant of Record responsible for secure checkout, invoices, tax compliance, and payment network safety.
  • Recurring Monthly Plans: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis under our Essential ($245 USD/mo), Professional ($365 USD/mo), or Enterprise ($500 USD/mo) plans.
  • Hassle-Free Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time without fees or penalties via the Paddle customer self-service portal or by contacting info@hlces.com.

4 Acceptable Use Policy

Subscribers agree to utilize the platform strictly for legitimate corporate and business operations in full compliance with applicable laws. Prohibited actions include:

  • Using the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringing activities;
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting cyber-attacks or overload against the cloud infrastructure;
  • Storing or transmitting unauthorized data in violation of applicable data privacy laws;
  • Any practice that violates corporate data protection regulations or information security standards.

5 Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Cloud Uptime

  • Whatss Cloud maintains redundant, enterprise-grade cloud hosting targeting a 99.9% uptime availability.
  • Daily automated backups and continuous security scans ensure high reliability and enterprise data safety.
  • Routine maintenance windows are scheduled during off-peak hours and communicated in advance.

6 Data Ownership & Confidentiality

All corporate records, operational figures, and customer data uploaded to your workspace remain the exclusive property of your company. Whatss Cloud does not sell, lease, or inspect your private operational data.
